Allington Park surgery is in the process of setting up a Patient
Participation Group - the aim of the group is to provide a communication
link between the practice and our patients - to provide a platform for
patients to air their views and suggestions.
We realise everyone these days lead busy lives and do not have the time
to come to the surgery for meetings. Therefore, we intend to set up a
'virtual' group - communicating mainly via email. As a member of the
group we will ask for your opinions from time to time and maybe ask you
to complete a short questionnaire. The only stipulation is that, to get
involved, you must be a patient at this practice.
