We constantly strive to give you the best possible care and attention. If you have any suggestions or are unhappy about any aspect of out services please ask to see the practice manager who will be happy to listen to your suggestions/criticisms.
PRACTICE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We try to offer the highest standard of service at all times. However,
we do appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong.
If you have a concern or wish to make a complaint, please speak to the
Practice Manager or any other member of staff.
Complaints are always taken seriously and we will endeavour to resolve
your problem either verbally, in writing or in a formal meeting with the
Doctor and Practice Manager.
If we are unable to resolve a problem then we are able to suggest
further appropriate action.
